The Everlasting Drop

Once a upon a time there was a little sun drop that fell right in a flower. A little gosling came out of the sun drop. The gosling had to practice swimming. Finally a gust of wind pushed the gosling across the water. Suddenly a slight shadow slid underneath her. She didn’t notice a crocodile trapped her! A mother goose looked in the flower. The little gosling didn’t know she had a mother. Mother goose searched everywhere until she arrived at a deep and dark cave! She looked in and… There was the little gosling! Then mother goose knew what she had to do, she grabbed the little gosling and hurried home.

  1. Great story, Mara! It kept me reading about the alligator! I wasn’t sure if the gosling would get out! I’m glad she did.
